Pete Randle Grinding was founded orignally by Peter Randle over 30 years ago during the needle industry boom in Redditch, England. Starting as a needle grinding company the business has slowly expanded and developed to suit the needs of an ever changing market. With Randle Grindings expansion Peter was able to bring his son Neil Randle into the business and Randle Grinding & Sons was born. This was also when the company expanded into the metal tube & swaging sector. Further on with Peter deciding to retire in 2013, Neil brought in his son Luke Randle to learn and expand along with the company.

This has allowed us to pass on key skills whilst remaining commited to ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality. Being located in Redditch which is renowed for its historic needle industry allows the company to work and supply large names in the industry.
